Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir – Renowned entrepreneur and Vice President of the Peace National Council of Pakistan, Asia Chaudhry, participated in the prestigious Overseas Kashmiris Convention held at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Muzaffarabad.
The convention, which brought together members of the Kashmiri diaspora from around the world, provided a vital platform to explore avenues for greater involvement of overseas Kashmiris in the region’s advancement. During the event, Asia Chaudhry had the privilege of holding productive meetings with Honourable Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Raja Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, as well as the Acting President of AJK.
The discussions unfolded in an encouraging and collaborative environment, focusing on key opportunities for the diaspora community. Topics included channeling investments into infrastructure and economic projects, contributing to sustainable development initiatives, and amplifying global advocacy for Kashmir’s interests and aspirations.
