Trump Warns: US Will Take Military Action Again If Iran Restarts Uranium Enrichment

New York – US President Donald Trump has stated that the US would attack Iran again if it restarts its uranium enrichment program.

Speaking during the NATO summit in The Hague, the US President said there had been a minor violation of the ceasefire, but that Israel and Iran are now adhering well to the truce. He added that Israeli aircraft returned after the ceasefire at his instruction.

He claimed significant achievements in Iran that are important for everyone: “We destroyed Iran’s Fordow nuclear site, and now there is nothing but destruction at the Fordow nuclear site.”

Trump lashed out at the US media over reports that Iranian nuclear facilities were not destroyed.

Trump asserted that Iran cannot be allowed to enrich uranium under any circumstances. “Now Iran won’t be able to produce nuclear material for a long time, and it has become very difficult for Iran to build nuclear weapons now,” he said.

Responding to a journalist’s question, the US President stated, “The US ended the war by attacking Iran. Now, if Iran restarts its uranium enrichment program, we will attack them again.”

Speaking about Gaza, the US President said significant progress is also being made on the Gaza issue.

On this occasion, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that after the US attack, Iran is now very far from being able to build nuclear weapons. “The US President’s actions have significantly, if not more, damaged Iran’s nuclear program. We are currently gathering further details,” Rubio said.

Addressing the summit, the NATO Secretary-General noted that Trump had persuaded NATO countries to increase their defense spending.
