The Government of Azad Kashmir expressed its appreciation and happiness over this initiative.
The delegation also held a meeting with members of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce. a grand ceremony was held at the Commissioner Office Mirpur to donate four rescue motorbikes to Rescue 1122 Azad Jammu and Kashmir by the International Emergency Team UK.
In this ceremony, the respected member of the International Emergency Team UK, Chaudhry Mehrban Sadiq, handed over the keys of the rescue motorbikes to the Secretary Relief Disaster Management and Civil Defense Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Farid and Commissioner Mirpur Division Chaudhry Mukhtar Hussain.
On this occasion, Chaudhry Mehrban Sadiq said that in 2017, the International Emergency Team UK jont project of motorbikes to the Punjab Emergency Service, the number of which has reached 2300 today. In this regard, these four motorbike ambulances have been donated to Rescue 1122 Azad Kashmir for timely and effective emergency response in Azad Kashmir.

The Secretary Relief Disaster Management and Civil Defense, Commissioner Mirpur and Deputy Commissioner Mirpur thanked the International Emergency Response Team UK and Chaudhry Mehrban Sadiq and expressed the hope that the Emergency Response Team UK will similarly support the emergency service Rescue 1122 Azad Kashmir.
On this occasion, the Secretary Relief Disaster Management and Civil Defense Chaudhry Farid, Commissioner Mirpur Chaudhry Mukhtar Hussain, Deputy Commissioner Mirpur Chaudhry Yasir Riaz, Director Operations SDMA Saeed-ur-Rehman Qureshi, Assistant Director Rescue 1122 Mirpur Sardar Najam Saduzai, Information Officer Mirpur Malik Javed along with the media team, Dr. Ghulam Farid DHQ Mirpur, Assistant DDMA Adil Nazir and other officers and rescuers were present.
Later, the Secretary and other officers visited the modern control room donated to Rescue 1122 Mirpur by Muslim Hands Mirpur, District Office Rescue 1122 Mirpur and inspected all the emergency vehicles and equipment. On this occasion, Assistant Director Rescue 1122 Sardar Najam Saduzai gave a briefing. Qamar Atta of Muslim Hand was also present on this occasion.
The Secretary Relief, Disaster Management and Civil Defense, while praising Rescue 1122 Mirpur, expressed hope that Rescue 1122 Mirpur will make emergency response more active and effective.
Later, Dr. Kamran Fareed, a prominent young thinker and expert from Azad Kashmir, arranged a visit to the Mirpur Medical Complex.
