KARACHI: In the four days following the peace agreement between Iran and the United States, a total of 2 trillion Iranian rials have been purchased across Pakistan.
Malik Bostan, Chairman of the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, told Geo News that on the very first day of the agreement between Iran and the US, Iranian rials worth 40 billion Pakistani rupees were purchased.
However, reports now indicate that in the four days after the US-Iran peace accord, a total of 2 trillion Iranian rials have been bought throughout the country.
On the other hand, the demand for and the price of the Iranian rial are also continuously increasing.
