New York – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev recently delivered a powerful message of unity, symbolizing the deepening bonds of brotherhood between the three nations. In this spirit, the Turkish American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TACCI-USA) has taken concrete steps to strengthen Türkiye-Pakistan economic cooperation through diaspora-driven trade diplomacy.
TACCI-USA President Dr. Ali Koçak has led high-level engagements with Pakistan’s key governmental and commercial institutions, resulting in the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs with the Consulate General of Pakistan in New York and the Pakistani Trade Mission.
Additionally, TACCI-USA has formalized its cooperation with the Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(IWCCI) through the official signing of a MoU. The signing ceremony was held in a warm and collaborative environment, underscoring mutual commitment to advancing women-led entrepreneurship and cross-border commercial partnerships.
During a strategic meeting with the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), followed by a high-level networking event attended by over 300 business leaders and organized by Mr. Farooq Mirza, Dr. Koçak emphasized:
“We will stand by Pakistani entrepreneurs in their efforts to establish sustainable and reliable business relationships in the
U.S. market. The United States is a vast and competitive market, but I have no doubt that, thanks to the quality and cost advantages of Pakistani products, they will gain a strong foothold among American consumers.”
He further added:
“Türkiye and Pakistan share a deep-rooted relationship built on brotherhood. This very spirit of brotherhood forms the foundation of the strong commercial partnerships we are building within the diaspora.”
TACCI-USA remains committed to strengthening Türkiye-Pakistan relations not only politically, but also economically and socially.
It also aims to establish a sustainable triangular trade partnership model among Türkiye, Pakistan, and the United States, with the diaspora serving as a strategic bridge.
