New York: Renowned Pakistani American businessmen Tariq Tarar, Raja Waqas, Malik Usman, and Raja Bilal organised a grand ceremony in honour of Syed Qamar Raza Shah, Chairman of the Overseas Pakistan Foundation (OPF). The event witnessed an impressive turnout as numerous prominent personalities from various walks of life participated in the ceremony.
Addressing the gathering, Syed Qamar Raza Shah assured the audience of his firm commitment to resolving the issues faced by overseas Pakistanis. He emphasized the need for unity among overseas Pakistanis, urging them to rise above political affiliations and work together as proud Pakistanis for the collective good.
Syed Qamar Raza Shah highlighted that the promise made by the Prime Minister of Pakistan to address the concerns of overseas Pakistanis has already been implemented on a priority basis. He further informed that a dedicated task force has been established to work on these issues, following a special request made by the Chief of Army Staff to the Prime Minister. The task force will ensure that every possible effort is made to resolve the challenges faced by the overseas community and foster unity among them.
The event concluded with a strong sense of optimism and a renewed commitment to the welfare of overseas Pakistanis.
