Anti-State Digital Network Prompt Call for FIR and National Security Probe

Islamabad: Serious allegations concerning purported anti-state activities and foreign-linked proxy operations have surfaced, prompting a formal application to the Secertary National Security Division and standing committee on Defence affairs Senate of Pakistan for immediate legal and intelligence Action.

According to the application submitted by Nisar Ahmad, a resident of Faisalabad, an individual identified as Haseeb Rustam, allegedly belonging to Village Doba, UC Beheri, Tehsil Pattika, District Muzaffarabad, is accused of engaging in activities prejudicial to the sovereignty and national security interests of Pakistan and Haseeb Rustam has provided Possible Surveillance Role for Anti State Proxy network and provided Data about 26 November D Chowk Incident in Islamabad which is millciously suspiciously on fabricated grounds generated for national defamation of state of Pakistan on one Political Party behalf .Before that On 9 may Incidnent Attack on GHQ sensitive Milltary sites undercover Haseeb Rustam and His Brother has also role in demotivating Youth to attack on national security affairs institutes .

The complainant has asserted that the accused is purportedly connected with foreign-based elements, including individuals identified as Haider Mehdi anti state treators and Husnain Kathia, a European undercover agent who are alleged to be operating from Europe and Canada against the state of Pakistan .These individuals are claimed to be involved in disseminating anti-state narratives and influencing international forums against Pakistan’s strategic institutions and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir Chief of Army Staff.For this sake these individuals receives high paid amounts for destabilization peace and Harmony in Pakistan from Anti State Agencies including indian agencies and some of sleeping cells operated undercover from Saudia Arabia.

The application further alleges that Haseeb Rustam participated in a workshop in Lahore reportedly sponsored by international entities, NED wherein research content was developed allegedly aimed at narrative-building against Pakistan and influencing youth towards demobilization and institutional distrust. It has also been contended that certain foreign journalists, including individuals described as Indian-affiliated, were part of these engagements.

In addition, the complaint raises concerns regarding the alleged use of encrypted digital platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp and temple mails for transmitting sensitive information related to national security matters. It is claimed that such communications may have facilitated the sharing of strategic data with foreign actors, thereby potentially compromising state interests.

The applicant has further alleged that one of the purported collaborators has approached a European human rights forum against senior Pakistani security officials, National Security Advisor and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir raising questions regarding the possible internationalization of sensitive domestic matters for sake of securing and lanching forgein based Anti State Proxy in Pakistan.

Citing the gravity of the allegations, the application calls for the immediate registration of a First Information Report (FIR) under the Official Secrets Act, along with provisions of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) relating to offences against the State, and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.

The complainant has urged the constitution of a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) comprising relevant intelligence and law enforcement agencies to conduct a comprehensive inquiry, including forensic examination of digital devices, financial transactions, and communication records of the accused and any associated network.

Furthermore, the application emphasizes the necessity of identifying both domestic and international collaborators and taking appropriate legal action in accordance with established national security frameworks.

However, legal experts note that allegations of this nature, if substantiated through credible evidence, may carry significant penal consequences under Pakistan’s national security laws.

The applicant has expressed willingness to cooperate with authorities and provide any supporting material, subject to legal procedures.
