Historic MoU Signed Between BBSHRRDBA significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board (BBSHRRDB) and the Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), an entity under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis. The agreement is aimed at creating global employment opportunities for skilled youth trained under the BBSHRRDB programs. The signing ceremony was held in Karachi, where Mr. Munwar Ali Mithani, Secretary of BBSHRRDB, and Mr. Naseer Khan Shahani, Managing Director of OEC, formally signed the MoU.

Senior officials from both organizations were present at the occasion and hailed this initiative as a beacon of hope for Pakistan’s young professionals. The partnership aims to develop a structured framework that bridges the gap between vocational training and meaningful employment, opening doors for Sindh’s youth to tap into the international job market.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Munwar Ali Mithani stated, “BBSHRRDB is not just a skills-training institution. We strive to guide our youth toward dignified and sustainable career paths.” He emphasized that this MoU with OEC will serve as a powerful platform for the youth to access promising job opportunities abroad, ultimately contributing to national economic growth.

The ceremony was attended by key officials including Mr. Suleman Dashti, Regional Consultant, BBSHRRDB; Mr. Sikander Ali Bhatti, Deputy Director; Syed Muhammad Ali, Deputy Director; Syeda Masooma Rizvi, Deputy Director; Mr. Shams Ujjain, Assistant Director and Focal Person (OEC); Mr. Muhammad Arsalan Aslam, Assistant Director; and Mr. Jahanzaib Kamal, Assistant Director Media.

The leadership from both sides reaffirmed their commitment to providing world-class training and employment pathways for Pakistan’s youth, envisioning a prosperous, self-reliant, and globally competitive Sindh.
