PACOLI and 4thpillar Host Landmark Trade Networking Event in Honor of FPCCI Delegation.

Pakistani-American community’s leading organization PACOLI New in collaboration with the 4thpillar Media Watchdog hosted a grand business networking dinner in Queens, New York. The event was attended by top U.S. business chambers including the Orthodox Chamber of Commerce, Turkish American Chamber of Commerce & Industry and a high-level delegation from the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI).

This was the third major business networking event jointly organized by PACOLI and 4thPillar. FPCCI has officially appointed renowned journalist and community leader Mr. Farooq Mirza as its special representative in the United States.

Speaking at the ceremony, PACOLI President Mr. Taqir-ul-Haq said that PACOLI and 4thPillar are determined to build a strong business community that wants to directly contribute to improving Pakistan’s economy.

He highlighted that as a result of these networking initiatives, Pakistani-American men and women have started small-scale import-export businesses, begun purchasing Pakistani products in bulk, and are successfully selling them through online platforms and various American chambers of commerce. For the first time, the community has truly started learning trade instead of wasting time on low-paying jobs.

Mr. Farooq Mirza revealed that, through these efforts, a $100 million contract has already been signed between U.S.-based Nova Minerals and Pakistan’s Chennar Group, bringing $100 million worth of direct investment into Pakistan. Numerous doors have now opened for large-scale buyers of Pakistani goods and for major investments inside Pakistan.

The event began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Mr. Attique Qadri, Executive Director of PACOLI.
Mr. Adam Mazam, General Secretary of PACOLI warmly welcomed all guests and introduced the Chief Guest, Mr. Hamyyun Rashid , Convenor of FPCCI’s Business Development Committee for Europe and North America.
Mr. Attique Qadri then read the PACOLI mission statement, highlighting that the organization was founded in 2007 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-religious, non-political entity dedicated to serving the Pakistani-American community, building bridges with broader American society, empowering women, preparing youth for leadership, preserving Pakistani language and culture, and conducting charity work both locally and back home in Pakistan.

Mr. Adam Azam invited PACOLI President Mr. Tauqeer Sheikh to the stage, praising his unmatched leadership. Mr. Tauqeer greeted everyone and commended the organizers for creating a strong platform for business between Pakistan and USA noting that FPCCI is rapidly becoming a true trading organization.

Senior Vice President of PACOLI, Mr. Safder Hamyyun delivered an inspiring personal success story. He shared how he arrived in America as a student, worked long hours, and eventually built three successful businesses – construction management, real estate, and e-commerce. He now earns hundreds of thousands of dollars monthly through e-commerce by sourcing products from Pakistan, Turkey, and China and selling them in the U.S. market. He urged the community to follow the Prophetic tradition of doing business and encouraged investment back in Pakistan.

Another speaker emphasized Islamic principles of trade – fairness, honesty, mutual consent, and trust – quoting the Holy Quran and stressing that Pakistan-U.S. trade should be built on shared values, mutual respect, and shared prosperity.

Chief Guest Mr. Hamyyun Rashid delivered a comprehensive address, stating that the United States remains one of Pakistan’s top trading partners in textiles, surgical goods, leather, and agriculture. He highlighted Pakistan’s young population, growing middle class, booming IT sector, and liberal foreign investment regime. He called for collaboration in emerging sectors such as renewable energy, logistics, e-commerce, and food processing, and invited American investors to benefit from Special Economic Zones under CPEC and the one-window facilitation offered by SIFC.

Mr. Ali Koçak, President of the Turkish American Chamber of Commerce & Industry, spoke warmly of the brotherly relations between Turkey and Pakistan and announced plans to bring large trade delegations from Turkey to the U.S. to meet Pakistani-American and other ethnic chamber members.

Mr. Duvi Honig, Founder and CEO of the Orthodox Chamber of Commerce and J-Biz Expo, praised the unity in the room and invited everyone to the upcoming J-Biz Expo, describing it as a world-class economic forum featuring top AI experts, financial leaders, and government officials. He endorsed New York State Senate candidate Mr. Adam Azam and promised better parking facilities in the area once Mr. Azam is elected.

Mr. Farooq Mirza, President of Fourth Pillar Media Association and newly appointed official focal person of FPCCI for North America, shared remarkable success stories from previous networking events:
– A $100 million mining contract signed between U.S.-based Nova Minerals and Pakistan’s Chennar Group
– Export of 10 containers of pinto beans from the U.S. to Pakistan
– Agreement to establish 100 organic beauty clinics across Pakistan
– Direct meetings with Walmart and Costco buyers for Pakistani textiles

Mr. Mirza announced that FPCCI will provide free exhibition space in Pakistan for any reverse trade expo organized by the Pakistani-American community and offered special discounts for Pakistani vendors at the upcoming JBiz World Fair on December 10 in Atlantic City.

The FPCCI delegation leader, Mr. Rashid , in his closing remarks, urged the Pakistani-American community to unite beyond politics and invest in Pakistan’s dairy processing, food industry, minerals, and IT sectors. He officially recognized Mr. Farooq Mirza as FPCCI’s point person in the U.S. and assured full government and chamber support through one-window operations.

Mr. Shahid Ranjha paid tribute to FPCCI delegation and concluded the Event with strong community endorsement and pledges of support for New York State Senate candidate Mr. Adam Azam, with speakers from Turkish, Jewish, and Pakistani chambers declaring him a pride of the community.
He announced that this marks only the beginning of regular high-level business networking events between the Pakistani-American diaspora and institutions back home.Shahid Ranjha is a successful businessman and leads PACOLI on different fronts .
